We are fully committed to enabling our students to progress, regardless of the challenges they may face.

Below are the steps we expect students to follow in the RP School. This may not always be possible, and may involve several back and forth moves between steps.

Step 1: One-to-one – mentoring begins part time and builds.

Step 2: Activation – one or more days a week in addition to a part-time one-to-one programme.

Step 3: Engage – begins part-time and builds to full-time.
